These Terms of Service apply to the website www.bagitclearit.com and the services provided by the Bagitclearit brand (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “us”).

By submitting a service request, making an appointment, or using our services, the customer acknowledges having read and agreed to these Terms of Service. Our services are available to customers located within our designated service areas.
- Scope of Services and Payment Arrangements
Bagitclearit provides services such as indoor organizing, item sorting, home clearing, item collection, and waste packing, tailored to the specific needs agreed upon with each customer.
Our service arrangements may include the following stages:
Appointment or Deposit: Where applicable, customers may be required to pay a deposit to secure a service slot.
Service Confirmation: Prior to the commencement of services, we will confirm the scope of work, location, appointment time, and applicable fees with the customer.
On-site Work: We will carry out the agreed-upon sorting, organizing, collecting, and packing tasks at the scheduled location.
Balance Payment: Any remaining balance due after the initial payment must be settled in accordance with the confirmed booking arrangements.
- Appointment Changes, Cancellations, and Service Completion
Customers should contact Bagitclearit as soon as possible if they need to change or cancel an appointment.
Cancellation: Requests to cancel an appointment should be submitted prior to the scheduled date. Any deposit refunds or cancellation fees will be handled in accordance with the booking terms communicated at the time of confirmation and applicable laws.
Appointment Changes: Changes to the service date, property details, required tasks, or estimated workload may affect the final price or appointment availability.
Changes to Scope: Additional work requested after service confirmation may require separate approval and incur additional charges.
Completed Services: Except where otherwise required by applicable law, fees for services completed within the confirmed scope are generally non-refundable.
- Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information regarding the service location, required work, property access, and the types of items to be sorted or packed.
Customers must also ensure that our service personnel have safe access to the relevant indoor areas at the scheduled appointment time.
If inaccurate or incomplete information significantly impacts the agreed-upon services, additional arrangements, fees, or rescheduling may be required.
5. Restrictions on Items and Services
Our standard services apply to ordinary household items, unwanted goods, and domestic waste that can be reasonably sorted, collected, or packed within the agreed scope of service.
Customers must notify us in advance regarding any special, hazardous, restricted, oversized, or otherwise unusual items.
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service for items or situations that cannot be safely handled under the agreed service arrangements or that are restricted by applicable law.
- Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law:
Services will be performed in accordance with the scope and information agreed upon with the customer.
Where permitted by law, Bagitclearit’s liability arising from a specific booking shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the customer for that specific service.
We shall not be liable for service delays, interruptions, or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including restricted access, inaccurate customer information, unsafe site conditions, or other external factors).
Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability or customer rights that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
- Intellectual Property
All original text, photographs, graphics, logos, service descriptions, and other materials published on the www.bagitclearit.com website are owned by Bagitclearit or used with appropriate authorization.
Except as permitted by applicable law, visitors and customers may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, or commercially exploit website materials without prior written permission.
- Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws relevant to the services and the customer’s location.
In the event of a dispute, Bagitclearit and the customer shall first communicate directly and attempt to resolve the issue through good-faith negotiation.
Nothing in these terms is intended to negate or limit any mandatory consumer protection rights or legal remedies to which the customer is entitled under applicable European law.
